Delaware police report:

• Police were summoned to a home on Richards Circle Drive Thursday morning to deal with a domestic dispute. Police learned a 17-year-old boy had been involved in a minor physical altercation with his adult sister over her refusal to give him a cigarette. The juvenile is currently on probation with the Delaware County Juvenile Court and was taken to the court by his probation officer. Ultimately, a single count of disorderly conduct was prepared and forwarded to the court.

• A cell phone was stolen from a teenager at Delaware Hayes High School Wednesday afternoon. There are no suspects at this time.

• Officers took a report on Heritage Boulevard Wednesday afternoon. A 42-year-old man reported his dog had been stolen following a breakup on Sunday. The case is under investigation.

• Police were patrolling on Red Barn Street Thursday night when they spotted a stolen vehicle occupied by five men. Police attempted to speak to the men but they all exited and fled on foot. They were taken into custody a short time later and charged with receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.
