Lions tree sale starts Nov. 28

The Sunbury Lions Club’s tree sale will be on the north side of Sunbury Village Square, where tree shoppers can select from more than 300 trees, all priced from $20 to $75 and in sizes ranging from 5 feet to 12 feet.

Profits from the tree sale go to Big Walnut Friends Who Share.

The Lions will start selling trees on Saturday, Nov. 28, at 9 a.m.

Lions will be on site to help you select and load your Christmas tree Monday through Friday from 5 to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from 1 to 8 p.m. — until all trees are sold or until Christmas Eve.

Can’t get there when the Lions are open for business? Select a tree, pay at Whitney Insurance, Evans Nationwide Insurance, or Jim Hildreth’s American Family Insurance, all on the square, and take your tree home.
