Delaware police report:

An officer responded to Grady Memorial Hospital Tuesday afternoon to speak to a patient. Police learned the patient had checked himself in for a behavioral health issue. At the hospital, the patient and hospital staff asked that police take custody of the patient’s firearms for safekeeping. A report was taken to document the incident.

Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies report:

Police responded to Meijer in Lewis Center Monday afternoon after it was reported that someone stole two bottles of beer. A report was taken and an investigation is ongoing.
