A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments this week.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Jason M. Potts, of 1321 E. Town Lane, Apt. B, Delaware, on three counts of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.

Brandon A. Short, of Columbus, on one count of obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony.

Alston L. Russell, on one count of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; assault, a first-degree misdemeanor and aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Stanley A. Dotson, of Columbus, on one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

Jason A. English, of Lancaster, Ohio, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependants, a fifth-degree felony.

Brian K. Hamilton, of Cardington, Ohio, on one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony.

Steven J. Greathouse, of Dayton, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Eric R. Tepe, of Cincinnati, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Goodluck L. Mpeba, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, on 23 counts of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.

Marcus A. Sanders, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, on 23 counts of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.

Jeremiah E. Jones, of Chillicothe, on 24 counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies and two counts of possession of drugs, also fifth-degree felonies.

William B. Alls, of Reynoldsburg, on three counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

Dion R. Cunningham, of Columbus, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Susan Styksova, on one count of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.

Justin M. Vanhoesen, on two counts of theft, one fifth-degree felony and one first-degree misdemeanor and seven counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

Drew P. McEowen, of Mount Gilead, on one count of tampering with records, a third-degree felony; one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Keith R. Davis, of 105 Aspen Court, Delaware, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; six counts of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.

Zachary E. Zabonik, of Powell, on one count of rape, a first-degree felony; two counts of sexual battery, third-degree felonies and one count of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.

Nicholas J. Harding, receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Joshawa A. Harper, of 55 1/2 Wilder St., Delaware, on two counts of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a first-degree misdemeanor and three counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies.
