Delaware County Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Crystal G. Farley, of Galena, on a count of felonious assault, a first-degree misdemeanor; one count of harassment by inmate, a third-degree felony; two counts of assault, fourth-degree felonies; resisting arrest, a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Juan E. Reed, of Marion, on two counts of domestic violence, fourth-degree misdemeanors; a count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony; a count of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor and a count of endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Matthew B. Hoover, of Columbus, on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth-degree felonies.

Ame J. Gaddam, of Lewis Center, on one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Deborah C. Williams, of Ostrander, on one count of theft, a first-degree felony.

Nathan G. Drawbridge, of Marengo on a count of theft, a fourth-degree felony and a count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony.

Mae E. Ellwood, of Columbus, on a count of obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony; a count of resisting arrest, a first-degree misdemeanor and a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Kyle M. Mullenix, of 123 East Central Avenue, Delaware, on 10 counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies and one count of passing bad checks, also a fifth-degree felony.

Alicia N. Heard of Fairfield, Ohio, on one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

Lashone S. Price, of Inkster, Michigan, on two counts of having weapons while under disability, third-degree felonies and one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Ted J. Vangundy, of Lancaster, on two counts of theft, one fifth-degree felony and one first-degree misdemeanor.

Thomas J. Vangundy, of Lancaster, on two counts of theft, one fifth-degree felony and one first-degree misdemeanor.

Connor D. Murphy, of Columbus, on a count of breaking and entering, and a count of vandalism, both fifth-degree felonies.

Dany Rafael De La Cruz, of Bronx, New York, on one count of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; one count of telecommunications fraud, a fourth-degree felony and one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

Niquann T. Bender, of Columbus, on one count of robbery, a second-degree felony and a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Thomas W. Wells, of Marion, on one count of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Mark A. Whittaker, on a count of burglary, a second-degree felony; two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors and one count of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Kelly L. Keelin, of Columbus, on a count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.

Matthew Phipps, on two counts of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a first-degree misdemeanor; a count of receiving stolen property and a count of identity fraud, both fifth-degree felonies.

Lawrence A. Hammond, of Columbus, on three counts of theft, one fifth-degree felony and two first-degree misdemeanors and one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Tori J. L. Temple, of Columbus, on two counts of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Kyle D. Hsu, of 1295 Berlin Station Road, Delaware, on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Scott T. Blanchard, of 1355 East Town Lane, Apt. A, Delaware, on two counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

Tyler C. Mautz, of Zanesville, on two counts of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony and a first-degree misdemeanor.
