Grand Jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Wednesday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:

• Tammy M. Gill, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for July 7 at 9:45 a.m.

• Natalie S. Snyder, of Ostrander, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony and a fifth-degree felony and one count of theft, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for July 7 at 10 a.m.

• Jeremiah C. Carter, of Columbus, was charged with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for July 7 at 10:15 a.m.

• Dustin T. Watson, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been scheduled for June 19 at 3:15 p.m.

• Jeremy J. Hastings, of Kenton, Ohio, was charged with one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for June 19 at 3:15 p.m.

• James A. Newman, of Radnor, was charged with a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for July 7 at 10:30 a.m.

• Shaquaille R.D. Carter, of Columbus, was charged with illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility or institution, a third-degree felony and one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for June 19 at 3:15 p.m.

• Jason A. Smith, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for July 14 at 8:30 a.m.

Arraignments for the remaining individuals have not yet been scheduled:

• Morgan E. Henderson, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, third-degree felonies; two counts of possession of drugs, third-degree felonies and two counts of illegal processing of drug documents, fourth-degree felonies.

• Robert V. Stires, of Columbus, was charged with deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a third-degree felony and illegal processing of drug documents, a fourth-degree felony.

• Ned E. Shepherd, of Johnstown, Ohio, was charged with two counts of robbery with repeat violent offender specification, second-degree felonies and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Eric S. Treadway, of Columbus, was charged with one count of robbery, a second-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
