Delaware police report:

Police investigated an unconscious male in a parked vehicle on Saddle Tree Court Saturday just after midnight. Police found the man was passed out after smoking marijuana. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

A ticking package was reported at Kroger Distribution Center Sunday just after 1 a.m. After an investigation, the page was found to contain a food temperature device that was ticking. No charges were filed.

Police investigated a domestic situation at a home on Willis Lane on Saturday. A mother and her adult daughter were arguing over a list of grievances but no one was harmed in the argument. A report was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office.

An unruly child was reported at a home on Woodrow Avenue Sunday evening after the teen left the home without permission. The teen was also reportedly under house arrest through Delaware County Juvenile Court and left the home after arguing with his parents and went to make contact with his girlfriend. Officers found the missing teen and took him into custody for violating his juvenile probation. He was transported to the juvenile detention center.
