Delaware County grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted include:

• Dana Myers, of 41½ E. Winter St., Apt. 11, Delaware, on two counts of possession of drugs, which are fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment in Delaware County Common Pleas Court has been set for March 18 at 9 a.m.

• Cheri L. Nelson, of Columbus, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for March 18 at 9:15 a.m.

• Eric B. Light, of 1929 Ashburn Drive, Delaware, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for March 18 at 9:30 a.m.

• Brandon E. Moore, of 5339 U.S. 42 North, Delaware, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for March 18 at 9:45 a.m.

• Todd M. Smith, of Marion, on one charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for March 18 at 10 a.m.

• Domonique Y. Wilson, of Delaware, on three felony counts of trafficking in drugs; and two counts of possession of drugs, which are fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Tuesday at noon.

• Samuel J. Long, of Westerville, on a charge of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for April 1 at 8:30 a.m.

• Jay M. Seibert, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for April 1 at 8:45 a.m.

• Bradley M. Flynn, of 213 E. Winter St., Delaware, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for April 1 at 9:15 a.m.

• Julie E. Ring, of Columbus, on two counts of identity fraud, which are fourth-degree felonies; two counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies; and two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for April 1 at 9 a.m.

• Abdurahman M. Abudurahman, of Lewis Center, on a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and two felony counts of endangering children. An arraignment has been set for today at 2:15 p.m.

Court arraignments have not yet been scheduled in Delaware County Common Pleas Court for these indicted individuals:

• Natasha M. Moore, of Lewis Center, on two counts of endangering children, third-degree felonies.

• John B. Barna, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Steven E. Hockett, of Westerville, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Dustin M. Newmann, of 190 Brenden Loop, Delaware, on three counts of trafficking in drugs, which are fifth-degree felonies; and one charge of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

• Donald J. Compton, currently in the Delaware County Jail, indicted on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies; and a charge of carrying concealed weapons, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Tara R. Jenkins, of Columbus, on a charge of illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of detention facility or institution, a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of possession of drugs (one is a fifth-degree felony; the other is a first-degree misdemeanor).

• Hank B. Radcliff, of 15 N. Liberty St., Delaware, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.
