A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.
Individuals indicted included:
• John E. Seibert, of Ashley, on two counts of possession of drugs, which are fifth-degree felonies.
• Garry L. Crenshaw Jr. of Ypsilanti, Michigan, on a count of trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Raymond Horner, of Bucyrus, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Norman A. Graves Jr., of Detroit, Michigan, on a count of trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; and a count of possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.
• Brooke D. Vancooney, no address given, on a count of illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility or institution, a third-degree felony; a count of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony; and a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Jason E. Martin, of Port Clinton, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Kimberly A. Miller, of Port Clinton, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Nicholas R. Guerra, of Grove City, on a count of trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; and on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Dillon J.M. Harris, of 43 Neil St., Delaware, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Hali J. Wilson, of 468 Federal Circle, Delaware, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Timothy L. Holton, of 100 Oak Hill Ave., Delaware, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Sierra K. Hatton, of Columbus, on a count of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.
• Dorcas A. Padgett, of Bexley, on a count of attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a third-degree felony.
• Keith A. Crabbs, 49, of Lewis Center, on two counts of carrying concealed weapons, fifth-degree felonies.
• Jimmy Gipson,55, of Terrell, Texas, on a count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.
• Sergio D. Betters, of Columbus, on a count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; and on a count of possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.
• Christopher L. Seitz, of Worthington, on a count of trespass in habitation, a fourth-degree felony.
• Dennis D. Gleason, no address given, on two counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.
Arraignments in Delaware County Common Pleas Court have not yet been scheduled for any of the individuals.
