Terry L. ‘Two Shot’ Hallett

Terry L. “Two Shot” Hallett, 57, of Delaware, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning (Oct. 6, 2009) at Grady Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

He was born on Aug. 19, 1952 in Columbus to the late Richard L. Hallett and Evelyn (Hackett) Hoskinson of Marengo. He was a retired truck driver for Ace Doran and Snyder’s Mill. Terry was stubborn in nature and very kind hearted. He enjoyed fishing, dominoes, chess and was an avid hunter and reader.

In addition to his mother he is survived by wife, Dottie (McKenzie) Hallett of Delaware; sons, Erick (Lori) Potter of Marysville, Bryan (Brandy) Hallett of Marengo and Jeremiah “Jay” Hallett of Marengo; grandchildren, Kendra, David, Delaney, Zane, Leah, Elijah, Ethan, Conner and Nathan; brothers, Bret Hoskinson of Marengo, Jeff Hallett of Wisconsin and Richard Hallett of New York; and sister, Richie (Bruce) Talbott of Galion.

Calling hours will not be observed. DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury is in charge of arrangements. Inurnment will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at Marengo Cemetery.
