
A 29-year-old man suspected in the robbery of a west side pharmacy was arrested Wednesday after leading police on a four-hour manhunt. Brian C. Armstrong, 28, of Delaware, was charged with robbing the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, 90 Troy Road Wednesday morning.
