Man arrested, charged with robbing Delaware pharmacy

A 29-year-old man sus­pected in the rob­bery of a west side phar­macy was arrested Wednes­day after lead­ing police on a four-hour man­hunt. Brian C. Arm­strong, 28, of Delaware, was charged with rob­bing the Med­i­cine Shoppe Phar­macy, 90 Troy Road Wednes­day morning.
