SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO — The long and increas­ingly messy Repub­li­can pres­i­den­tial con­test is start­ing to hit Mitt Rom­ney where it hurts most: his wallet.

Delaware City Police seek 2 women in identity theft

The Delaware Police Depart­ment is try­ing to iden­tify the two women in sur­veil­lance pic­tures as part of an ongo­ing inves­ti­ga­tion into iden­tify thefts occur­ring in Delaware. The sur­veil­lance pho­tos were obtained from a Delaware United Dairy Farmer store, 123 W. William St., Delaware, where the two women used stolen infor­ma­tion to with­draw money from an ATM inside of the store in the evening hours of Oct. 20.

The Kapp Con­struc­tion crew posi­tions a wall in prepa­ra­tion to redi­rect the storm line at the Rich­wood Bank­ing Com­pany site off of West William Street. Although the cer­e­mo­nial ground-breaking was six weeks ago, Mon­day marked the first day the weather was suit­able for con­struc­tion, accord­ing to project super­in­ten­dent Randy Denny. The con­struc­tion is expected to con­tinue until mid– to late-February, Denny said. The bank’s drive-thru and ATM are open for business.
