Signs of financial strain showing up for Romney

The Delaware Police Department is trying to identify the two women in surveillance pictures as part of an ongoing investigation into identify thefts occurring in Delaware. The surveillance photos were obtained from a Delaware United Dairy Farmer store, 123 W. William St., Delaware, where the two women used stolen information to withdraw money from an ATM inside of the store in the evening hours of Oct. 20.

The Kapp Construction crew positions a wall in preparation to redirect the storm line at the Richwood Banking Company site off of West William Street. Although the ceremonial ground-breaking was six weeks ago, Monday marked the first day the weather was suitable for construction, according to project superintendent Randy Denny. The construction is expected to continue until mid– to late-February, Denny said. The bank’s drive-thru and ATM are open for business.
