One man is in the Delaware County Jail fac­ing mul­ti­ple charges after being found with stolen prop­erty and admit­ting to bur­glar­iz­ing three homes. At approx­i­mately 11 a.m. Mon­day, deputies responded to a home secu­rity alarm at 1405 South Galena Road in Berk­shire Township.

A round­about at Cheshire and 3 Bs & K Road is likely in Delaware County’s future fol­low­ing a vote from county com­mis­sion­ers Mon­day. In a unan­i­mous vote, com­mis­sion­ers declared a neces­sity for improve­ments at the inter­sec­tion, a move that clears the way for the county to request state money to help pay for the project.
