Township looks to provide sewer service to stave off annexation

Lack­ing the fund­ing to build a sewer sys­tem of its own and fear­ing that wait­ing on the county to step up could allow the City of Delaware to annex some of the most eco­nom­i­cally attrac­tive areas in the county, Berlin Town­ship offi­cials may get cre­ative in boost­ing util­ity ser­vices in the U.S. 36/Ohio 37 corridor.
