Delaware City is fac­ing another year in which the city-owned Hid­den Val­ley golf course is pro­jected to lose money, an issue with which city coun­cil is grappling.“Something’s got to change,” said Coun­cil­man Chris Jones. “There’s no way I can con­sciously watch (the golf course) year, after year, after year, after year lose money when we don’t have money to fix the streets.” Between 2004 and 2010, Hid­den Val­ley Golf Course lost an aver­age of about $15,440 each year.
