Velma Mae Bell
Velma Mae (Hux)-Welsh Bell, 96, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 28, 2011 at the Court House Manor in Washington Court House. She was born July 17, 1914 in Madison County, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late John & Etta (Rader) Hux.
