The newest member of the Delaware County Agricultural Society Hall of Fame founded the first junior fair and junior fair board in the United States at the Ashley Fair in 1922. Roger Barton “RB” Warner, who was a vocational agriculture teacher at Ashley Schools and later superintendent of the Delaware County Schools, was posthumously honored Monday morning as the 11th inductee into the Delaware County Agricultural Society Hall of Fame.
