A ghost in one Gris­wold Street home in Delaware likes to steal scis­sors. The spir­its that haunted the for­mer Sunny Vee Nurs­ing Home on Lin­coln Street had a pro­cliv­ity for turn­ing water faucets on and off. One house, this one on Gris­wold Street, too, is haunted by the ghost of an old woman who, in life, could never be warm enough. When the own­ers would leave (although the para­nor­mal activ­ity has died down dra­mat­i­cally as of late), they would fre­quently return to find the ther­mo­stat set at a blis­ter­ing 95 degrees.
