Drunken driving arrests down in Delaware city

The 2011 hol­i­day sea­son fea­tured a marked drop in drunken dri­ving arrests in the City of Delaware, while the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office had an even busier sea­son tak­ing impaired dri­vers off of the road.
