
Despite Delaware Police Chief Russ Martin’s recommendation, Delaware City Council agreed to not contest a liquor permit as requested by Nova Restaurant, LLC. Martin said a routine liquor permit background investigation revealed some “disconcerting” information, such as the current charges against restaurant owner Denise Dunlap.
A Radnor Township man was convicted this week on 14 sex charges this week following the man’s 2009 arrest at a Hilliard hotel room, where he thought he was meeting a 15-year-old girl for sex, and the subsequent discovery of child porn on the man’s computer.

Thank you Delaware for helping us to celebrate the opening of the Delaware County District Library’s Orange Branch. The open house was a huge success, with more than 1,000 visitors enjoying the activity and excitement of the ribbon cutting ceremony and tours the splendid new facility.
