Powell’s solar-paneled picnic shelter and carport will be constructed to resemble a train station in keeping with the city’s existing theme. City officials this week received a peek at the latest Horne and King Architects design renderings, which feature elements and a color scheme from the Village Green municipal building and police station and takes on a train station feel with the adjacent CSX tracks.
