Delaware County Com­mis­sioner Den­nis Sta­ple­ton on Thurs­day asked a rep­re­sen­ta­tive of FirstEn­ergy Corp. to hold last minute dis­cus­sions with con­cerned Con­cord Town­ship res­i­dents before sub­mit­ting plans to the Ohio Power Sit­ting Board for a pro­posed 138,000-volt power line that could cut across the prop­er­ties of sev­eral town­ship homeowners.
