Aaron Reimer gives a presentation on firearm safety to a group of fifth graders from Willis Intermediate School during the annual Kids Safety Scene event Tuesday at the Delaware County Fair. Delaware Area Career Center student Kenneth Ruzika was killed Tuesday in a crash near Mill Run Crossing. Police and paramedics arrived on the scene shortly before 11 a.m., Delaware City Police Capt. Bruce Pijanowski said. Ruzika, who was a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
