Harley Davidson enthusiast and Delaware resident Stephen Arthur has a fitting tribute Monday — his final ride is in a Harley-drawn motorcycle hearse. The journey through Delaware was accompanied by a bevy of cyclists. Arthur, 60, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 11.
