MILWAUKEE — Pres­i­dent Barack Obama’s admin­is­tra­tion launched a multi-pronged assault on Mitt Romney’s val­ues and for­eign pol­icy cre­den­tials Sun­day, while a fresh set of promi­nent Repub­li­cans ral­lied behind the GOP front-runner as the odds-on nom­i­nee, fur­ther signs the gen­eral elec­tion is over­tak­ing the pri­mary season.

Penn State pledges $1.5M for sex-crimes groups

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Penn State will donate $1.5 mil­lion in bowl pro­ceeds to a pair of groups that work with sex-crime vic­tims, a ges­ture aimed at heal­ing the school’s bat­tered image in the wake of child sex charges against a for­mer assis­tant foot­ball coach.

Dur­ing a visit to the Delaware County Dis­trict Library’s Main Branch, you may have noticed some minor con­struc­tion and ren­o­va­tions tak­ing place. You may remem­ber that as part of the cam­paign pledges that the Library made when you approved our levy in 2009 was to update our exist­ing facil­i­ties as well as con­struct the new Orange Branch.
