Reservoir construction ongoing in Thompson Township
Although the construction hasn’t affected his daily life, Radnor resident Allen Prindle remains concerned about the upground reservoirs being built along the Scioto River in Thompson Township. The construction on the largest of three reservoirs — 843 acres — began in June along the south side of Taway Road and west of Mooney Road after years of delays. Once finished, it will hold up to 9.6 billion gallons of water and provide a backup water source for the customers served by Columbus water.
