MINEOLA, N.Y. — The millions of students who take the SAT or ACT each year will have to submit photos of themselves when they sign up for the college entrance exams, under a host of new security measures announced Tuesday in the aftermath of a major cheating scandal on Long Island.

The wonderfully talented members of the Delaware Piecemakers Quilt Guild have once again graciously lent their quilts to the Delaware County District Library for a month-long display at the Delaware Main Library, 84 E. Winter St., to celebrate Nation Quilt Month. The quilts, draped artistically from the railing on the mezzanine enhance the Library with color, creativity and warmth.
