Delaware City could have enough funds to repave Grandview Avenue after all.

An independent report commissioned by Delaware City presents what the city has suspected for decades: The city spends much more on EMS services than what the county’s reimbursement covers.

Delaware City staff suggested dedicating an additional $16,000 to its park maintenance of facilities budget to repair the Mingo tennis court lighting system.

More and larger community gardens are cropping up this spring, the latest including plots at Salvation Army’s Greenwood Lake Camp, Ross Street Park and the Delaware County Community Market.
