Chicken debate ends, new law is 4-H-approved

The lengthy and often pas­sion­ate urban chicken debate that began last fall ended Mon­day, when Delaware City Coun­cil unan­i­mously approved the new law clar­i­fy­ing how agri­cul­tural soci­ety stu­dents may raise barn­yard animals.
