And what a lovely exhibit of several pieces of art created by members of the Delaware Artists Guild that is currently on display at the Delaware County District Library’s Main Library, 84 E. Winter St. Featuring several different types of media and artistic techniques, the exhibit highlights books that gave the artists inspiration to create.

Bed bugs have been in the national news lately. Infestations are up 5,000 percent and the critters, the Cimicidae parasite, can spread from hospitals, businesses, buses, apartments and hotels and enter our homes. Ohio has four cities in the top 20 identified in the recent bed bug epidemic – Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Dayton.
Diana Lynn Etzler, 58, of Powell, died suddenly at home on Thursday (May 5, 2011) after a long and chronic illness.
