Downtown merchants target day after Black Friday
Downtown Delaware business owners want the public to remember them this holiday shopping season. While some downtown shopkeepers are offering Black Friday sales, they know they can’t attract the large crowds that one of the largest shopping days of the year brings to the big retailers.
