FAA chief on leave after drunken driving arrest

WASHINGTON — FAA Admin­is­tra­tor Randy Bab­bitt was placed on a leave of absence Mon­day as Depart­ment of Trans­porta­tion offi­cials decide how to han­dle Babbitt’s week­end arrest on charges of drunken dri­ving in sub­ur­ban north­ern Virginia.

NTSB concludes Moore’s flight investigation

About a year fol­low­ing the crash that killed Delaware City Coun­cil­man Jim Moore, the National Trans­porta­tion Safety Board cited a loss of con­trol as the prob­a­ble cause for the accident.
