YMCA to manage city’s recreation programs

Begin­ning this Jan­u­ary, the YMCA will man­age the recre­ation divi­sion within Delaware City’s Parks and Recre­ation Depart­ment. City coun­cil sup­ported the YMCA part­ner­ship by a vote of 4–2 Mon­day evening, about one year after the idea was orig­i­nally proposed.
