WASHINGTON — The expansion in public prekindergarten programs has slowed and even been reversed in some states as school districts cope with shrinking budgets. As a result, many 3– and 4-year-olds aren’t going to preschool.
Late Model Stock Car racer Cody Coughlin used some home cooking at Columbus Motor Speedway to bring home his season-best finish at the Coughlin Cars 100 on Saturday night.“It was great to wake up in my own house and not be rushed to get to the track,” said Coughlin, who lives in Delaware. “I was a little nervous for the race but I was excited.”
