Report predicts big changes in Ohio health costs

COLUMBUS — A report pre­pared for the state says some Ohio health insur­ance pre­mi­ums could go up as much as 150 per­cent while oth­ers could fall 40 per­cent in 2014 when much of the national health care over­haul takes effect.
