OAKLAND, Calif. — Police con­firmed Wednes­day that the nurs­ing pro­gram direc­tor of the Cal­i­for­nia col­lege where a for­mer stu­dent is sus­pected of going on a shoot­ing ram­page was the suspect’s intended target.
