COLUMBUS — Lead­ers in the Ohio House delayed a vote Wednes­day night on a con­tentious mea­sure that would repeal a new elec­tion law that reduces early vot­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties in the pres­i­den­tial bat­tle­ground state.
