A jury has found 51-year-old Brenda J. Fletcher of Delaware guilty of workers’ compensation fraud and theft, both fourth-degree felonies.

The decision came Wednesday after a two-day trial and deliberations.

“Ms. Fletcher was injured in October 2012 while working at Aramark,” said Delaware County Prosecutor Carol O’Brien. “Charges were filed after information became available that she was working at Clancey’s Pub in Delaware while simultaneously receiving disability funds.”

Restitution has not yet been set in the case, but an amount will be determined at sentencing.

Judge David Gormley has set a sentencing hearing for Monday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m.
