Area students earn Ashland degrees

Several Delaware-area students completed their Ashland (Ohio) University degree requirements following the spring 2016 semester.

Those who will receive their degrees during Ashland’s May 14 commencement include:

• Mikaela Bush of Radnor, who will receive a bachelor of science degree in education, majored in family and consumer sciences. She is the daughter of Mike and Debbie Bush of Radnor. Bush is a 2012 graduate of Mount Gilead High School. Bush is graduating with summa cum laude honors.

• Lauren Parker of Powell, who will receive a bachelor of science degree in education, majored in intervention specialist. She is the daughter of Michale and Karen Parker of Powell.

• Emily Teuscher of Powell, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in curriculum and instruction (educational technology).

• Jane Norris of Lewis Center, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in curriculum and instruction (teaching and learning in the 21st century).

• Casie Newsome of Marengo, who will receive a bachelor of science degree, majored in criminal justice.

• Sarah Johnson of Westerville, who will receive a bachelor of science degree in education, majored in early childhood education. She is the daughter of Robert and Theresa Johnson of Westerville. Johnson is a 2012 graduate of Westerville South High School.

• Sarah Beal of Richwood, who will receive a bachelor of science degree in nursing, is the daughter of Alma and Von Beal of Richwood. Beal is a 2012 graduate of North Union High School.

• Schuyler Kuhlman of Westerville, who will receive a bachelor of science degree, majored in biology. She is the daughter of Brian and Amy Kuhlman of Westerville.

• Kelsey Deming of Dublin, who will receive a master of business administration degree, majored in executive management.

• Mya Wilford of Columbus, who will receive a master of business administration degree, majored in executive management.

• Elizabeth Schar of Westerville, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in curriculum and instruction (educational technology).

• Emily Marquis of Columbus, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in curriculum and instruction (intervention specialist).

• Scott Dills of Westerville, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in educational administration.

• Amanda Gurney of Johnstown, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in educational administration.

• Alyson Laniauskas of Dublin, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in English.

• Gabrielle Wilson of Dublin, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in special education.

• Mark Robinson of Westerville, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in teaching and learning in the 21st century.

• Aaron Starkey of Westerville, who will receive a master’s degree in education, majored in teaching and learning in the 21st century.
