Powell police report:

• A traffic stop was conducted in the area of the Liberty railroad crossing Thursday. After the stop, the driver was cited for driving under a suspended license.

• A report was filed after a vehicle struck another vehicle in a parking lot on Moreland Drive Thursday morning. Police report the driver then left the scene without reporting the crash. No injuries were reported.

• Officers were dispatched to Timberknoll Loop Wednesday night to take a report of possible identity theft. An investigation is ongoing.

• Officers responded to a theft in progress along Sawmill Parkway on Wednesday and discovered drug paraphernalia while on scene. An investigation is ongoing.
