Delaware police report:
• A subject came to the Police Department lobby on Tuesday evening to report that someone opened a bank account in their name. An investigation is ongoing.
• A traffic stop was conducted in the area of South Liberty Street and Ross Street on Tuesday evening. The driver was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
• A traffic stop was conducted in the area of South Sandusky Street and Belle Avenue on Wednesday just before 2 a.m. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A traffic stop was conducted in the area of South Sandusky Street and Olentangy Avenue on Wednesday around 3 a.m. After an investigation, the driver was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
