Boardman Arts Park invites the public to attend the inaugural Delaware Music Festival on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The festival will highlight local bands from the community with five live band performances throughout the day.

Festivalgoers can expect to enjoy live music from a variety of local talent, including The Blue Limestone Project, Harmonic Barbarians, Burning Diesel, Of Sound Minds, and Madi & Justin. Come prepared to hear your favorite hits from the 50s to today!

Bob Claymier, from Of Sound Minds, is the person who initially envisioned and brought to life this festival.

“We are excited to create this Festival to highlight and celebrate our amazing

local talent!” Claymier said.

Food trucks at the event will include Aunt Di’s Kitchen, The Backstretch Food Truck, Bruiser’s BBQ, Ciao Cafe, and the Evening Kiwanis Club with their Sweet Treats Booth! Beer, wine, and mixed drinks will also be available for purchase.

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. Ages 15 and under are free.
